For a predetermined flat fee, this law firm will complete a business legal tuneup on your company and present you with a report of our findings. This comprehensive legal evaluation is an invaluable process that keeps businesses strong, focused and protected. The program incorporates, among other reviews, a review of you corporate books and records, contracts, leases, sales documents, loan documents and your succession plan for governmental compliance, compliance with existing laws and to insure the business owner of no personal liability for company obligations.

Telephone Retainers

For those who become new clients during the year and choose this option, I am offering a program that will permit clients to have unlimited telephone conversations and consultations with me to discuss as many legal matters that your business is faced with. The cost of this unlimited telephone access is for the entire year. After the first year, we can negotiate a new retainer or agreement to bill you on an hourly basis. If your business requires more extensive legal representation, in addition to general hourly billing, we offer the General Counsel Program for Small Business.
